Iโ€™m Dani, a final-year BSc Human Nutrition student at the University of Chester. After years of navigating my own intolerances, I started this blog to share simple, nourishing meals inspired by Mediterranean cooking and whole-food nutrition โ€“ simply swaps of ultra-processed โ€œfree-fromโ€ products.
